There are a few little things that would prepare you for an assessment for loft insulation. First of all the surveyor and the installers would need good access to the loft in order to assess whether your property would be suitable and obviously to fit the insulation.
Additionally, if you have a lot of storage in your loft then it may be a good idea to remove these items so that the insulation can be fitted. If you only have a few small objects then don’t worry too much as the installers could probably work around these.
Once the loft insulation is fitted, the storage can be placed back in the loft without any issues.
